Organizer Guideline
Anoa: Proceeding of International Academic Series
These guidelines are intended for academic event organizers (e.g., conferences, symposiums, workshops) who wish to collaborate with Anoa: Proceeding of International Academic Series for the publication of selected papers or full proceedings.
1. Eligibility for Collaboration
We welcome proposals from:

Accredited universities, research institutions, or academic consortia

Organizers of international or national conferences, seminars, symposiums, or workshops
-
Events with peer-reviewed paper submission processes
All collaborations are subject to approval by the Anoa editorial board based on academic quality and relevance.
2. Proposal Submission
To initiate a collaboration, organizers must submit a formal proposal by email to [editor@anoa-journal.org] including:

Event name and theme

Date and venue (physical or virtual)

Organizing institutions and contact persons
-
Number of expected papers for publication
-
Description of the peer-review process
-
List of key topics or tracks
-
Timeline of submission, review, and final manuscript delivery
Proposals should be submitted 2–3 months prior to the intended publication date.
3. Editorial Responsibilities
Organizers are expected to:

Form a Scientific Committee or Editorial Team to oversee the review and selection of manuscripts.

Ensure that each manuscript undergoes a rigorous peer-review process, either single- or double-blind.

Verify that all submissions are original, unpublished, and free of plagiarism.

Use the official Anoa article template and follow journal formatting and referencing standards.

Collect and submit complete metadata for each paper (title, authors, abstract, affiliations, keywords, etc.).
The Anoa editorial board reserves the right to perform an additional editorial and ethical review before final publication.
4. Manuscript Preparation
All submitted manuscripts must adhere to the following:

Language: English

Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

Length: 3,000–7,000 words

Referencing: APA Style (7th edition)

Papers not following the template or with formatting issues may be returned for correction.
5. Important Deadlines
A typical timeline includes:

T – 8 weeks: Proposal submission

T – 6 weeks: Manuscript submission by authors to organizers

T – 4 weeks: Completion of peer review

T – 3 weeks: Submission of final manuscripts to Anoa

T – 0 weeks: Publication of the special issue/proceedings
(T = Target publication date)
6. Publication Terms

All articles will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

There are no Article Processing Charges (APC) for organizers or authors.

Organizers will be acknowledged on the cover and introductory editorial of the special issue.

DOIs, indexing (if applicable), and online access will be provided.
