For Organizer

Anoa: Proceeding of International Academic Series collaborates with organizers of academic conferences, seminars, and symposiums to publish peer-reviewed proceedings as part of our international academic platform. We welcome partnerships with institutions and event committees that share our commitment to academic quality, open access, and global knowledge dissemination.

Scope of Collaboration

Organizers may propose to publish:

  • Full conference proceedings

  • Selected papers from keynote sessions or parallel panels

  • Thematic special issues from a symposium or academic workshop

Each proposed collaboration will be evaluated to ensure alignment with Anoa’s editorial and ethical standards.

Requirements

To publish with Anoa, conference organizers are required to:

  • Appoint a conference editorial team responsible for managing the review and selection process.

  • Ensure all submitted papers undergo peer review, either by the conference’s scientific committee or in collaboration with Anoa’s editorial board.

  • Submit only original and unpublished manuscripts.

  • Follow the journal’s template and formatting guidelines.

  • Provide a complete list of contributors and metadata for each accepted article.

Review and Editorial Oversight

The Anoa editorial board reserves the right to perform a final quality check and may request revisions or reject articles that do not meet the journal’s academic or ethical standards.

Timeline

Organizers should contact the journal at least 2–3 months prior to the planned publication date to allow sufficient time for editorial coordination, peer review, and formatting.
